Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (Pisa), in cooperation with the University of Pisa, is proud to host the 2024 Annual Conference of EPIP (European Policy for Intellectual Property).

The conference will take place between Wednesday 11 and Friday 13, September 2024, with the preceding PhD workshop in the afternoon of Tuesday 10 September 2024.

The conference will bring together scholars in the fields of economics, law, management science and political science, as well as stakeholders and policymakers for theoretical, empirical and policy-oriented presentations and discussions on intellectual property protection, science and innovation.
Join us as we explore the evolutions of the interplay between IP systems and the new data economy, the challenges this raises for regulatory and innovation ecosystems, and the reforms needed to shape IP and data laws so as to incentivize creativity and innovation, while tackling global challenges and contributing to more equitable, sustainable societies and economies.
