Young Scholars Award

The EPIP Association will award two Young Scholar Awards for the best IP-related papers submitted by PhD students, one in the field of law and one in economics/management.

The winners of the EPIP Young Scholar Awards will be announced during the Gala Dinner and will receive a €500 financial award each.

Who is eligible?

PhD students, regardless of their age, are eligible to present their papers for consideration for the award. Only full-paper submissions will be considered.

How will the ranking list be constructed?

The papers will first go through a peer-review selection process. The papers selected for the conference will then be evaluated by a panel of EPIP Board Members. The ranking list will be based on the originality and quality of the presented paper.

What is the deadline for applications and how to apply?

If you wish to be considered for the Young Scholar Award, you must indicate this while submitting your paper for the conference. The deadline is the same as for all other submissions.
